Custom bathroom design is the planning phase that determines whether a remodel actually solves the problems you had with the old space. We produce 2D layouts, elevations, and finish boards so you approve every decision before demo starts — eliminating the change-order spiral that derails most bathroom projects. Arizona homes present unique design constraints. Slab-on-grade construction limits where drains can move without saw-cutting. Master suites in 1990s–2000s Valley tract homes commonly have wasted square footage in oversized garden tubs that no one uses — converting that into a his-and-hers walk-in shower with a separate water closet often unlocks the space. Aging-in-place is a real consideration in Sun City, PebbleCreek, Trilogy, and Robson communities — we design to ADA where requested, including 60" turning radii, reinforced grab-bar blocking, and curbless showers.

Designs are produced by a licensed contractor (Arizona ROC #349454), not a third-party designer, which means every layout we draw is actually buildable in your home — no impossible plumbing or framing requests. We coordinate selections from local Phoenix-area vendors (Ferguson, Central Arizona Supply, Pro Source, Arizona Tile, and Daltile) and build to 2018 IRC as amended by Maricopa County.
